Discover Brentwood

Our town is a friendly, rural community located 20 minutes from New Hampshire's beautiful seacoast. With about 1,400 household, the population has nearly quadrupled to 4,200 inhabitants from its earliest count of 1,064 in 1767. Brentwood's 16.97 square miles are seated in the Rockingham County's geographical center and it is home to many of the county's support services.

  • 2018 General Election Results for Brentwood

    We had an outstanding turnout for the General Election.  Out of 3314 voters (which includes 88 new voters), 2139 people voted.  That was a 66% turnout!

  • Town Clerk Election hours

    The Town Clerk/ Tax Collector's office will be closing at 4:30pm on November 6th, due to the election.  Please join us in voting at the Brentwood Recreation Center, 190 Rte 125, from 8:00am-7:00pm.

    CULVERT REPLACEMENT ON NORTH ROAD IN BRENTWOOD

    ROAD CLOSURE AND SIGNED DETOUR FROM NOV. 5 THROUGH NOV. 9

     

    The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned installation of concrete culverts on North Road in Brentwood will require a five day closure of the road and a signed detour.  This project is a permanent fix for the failure of twin 30-inch corrugated metal culverts that occurred in March of 2018.
